Admin: Time needed: Min. 1 hr / max. 3 hours a week

- Facebook / Flickr Albums organizing: select / up load fotos onto FB Album / write blurb

- Graphic Designer  : to do flyers etc

- Linking up: Link up with other arts coordinator groups in Lisbon, Portugal, worldwide

- Photographer / filming / You tube Editing:  Upload / organize fotos , add vidz to ACCL's you tube channel
